The cost covers taking landlords instructions, preparation and execution of new tenancy contract documents. Tenants will be liable to cover the cost for replacing any lost keys or other security devices. If the loss results in locks needing to be changed, the callout cost of the locksmith, the new lock and replacement keys for the tenant(s), landlord and any other persons requiring keys will be charged to the tenant. Interest will be charged at 3% above Bank of England Base rate from the rent due date until paid in order to pursue non-payment of rent. The charge will not be levied until the rent is more than 14 days overdue. Tenants who wish to leave their tenancy contract early will be liable for the reasonably incurred costs by the landlord in re-letting the property as well as all rent due under the tenancy until the start date of the replacement tenancy.

End of tenancy

The reasonable cost for any contractual damages to cover loss arising from any breach of contract during the tenancy.
